In April, FLEX ETOI program participants Kairat Salamatov, FLEX’18 and Ainazik Mamadalieva, FLEX’17 implemented “Я-лидер будущего поколения” project. The project provided leadership training for students from small schools, based in rural areas of Ak-Uchuk and Kara-Kul. The participants learned about community involvement and were asked to implement small projects in their communities. The participants in Kara-Kul organized a cleanup event, a debate tournament and a fundraising event by collecting paper for recycling.
