Labour will vote against new laws to increase jail sentences for sex offenders.  Sir Keir will order his MPs to vote against the Bill, claiming it is a “complete missed opportunity” to crackdown on violence against women. Labour leader hit back by accusing the Government of woefully failing to do enough to protect women in the Bill.
