22 year old Garrett James Smith was arrested after being seen running away from a rally which was organised by right wing Oath Keepers in support of a man falsely accused of starting a riot on january 6th last year. Two deputies spotted him as he ran east from the rally, dressed in all black with a balaclava covering his face. Smith was caught, searched and detained carrying the explosives in his backpack.
