If you observe quite well, most of the scammers caught never have or use a logo, many don't even have a name. We have gotten 3 different report of just one scammer, and each of those three reports contain 3 different names of just that scammer.
So don't be fooled.
It takes nothing to change name - when they give you their names, they can easily change it.
It takes something to change number - though they might not find it easy, but when they noticed that everyone is aware of their contact being accused of scam, they change to new SIM.
But, the only way you detect and avoid these scams is not just to observe there names and numbers, but to have the knowledge of how things works in the business.
A scammer will never fool you twice, if only you grab that knowledge and experience.
