INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT OF RENEWAL (Architect Licence Renewal )

i. One-time payment of renewal fee will be accepted subject to submission of an attested copy of the Final B.Arch.Degree / G.D. Arch. Certificate (received after convocation). Onetime payment will not be accepted on the basis of provisional certificate. In case, registration is granted on the basis of Provision Certificate of Registration, the concerned architects is required to send a scanned copy of Final B.Arch.Degree / G.D. Arch. Certificate thru email on renewal-coa@gov.in for updation in the official record of COA.


ii. All payment options shall be subject to payment of arrears, if any. In case of any clarifications/details are required, please write us on email renewal-coa@gov.in.


iii. An application provided at the print application option at your login section is required to be sent along-with Original Certificate of Registration and other documents as required.


iv. In order to be entitled for registration and/or renewal of certificate of registration, a person/architect should reside or practice the profession of an architect in India.


v. Correspondence/communication details can be changed online.
