✧ Learning to love yourself is less about learning to love and more about learning to be loved. You have a lot of love already. You know how to love. You’ve had people you loved and media you loved and interests you poured hours of carefree devotion into. You can love already. Learning self love has much more to do with exposing yourself to your own love until you learn how to take it. It’s subjecting yourself to the power of your own compassion until it becomes your new normal. It’s forcing yourself into taking love until you finally feel deserving of it
