In the period after the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, 63 cases of violations of various rights were registered on the territory of Artsakh. In connection with these crimes, the law enforcement agencies of Artsakh initiated 53 criminal cases. Artsakh law enforcement agencies have taken steps to bring Azerbaijan into the so-called creative field, to create an opportunity for joint fair and impartial investigation of all such cases. However, the Azerbaijani side did not agree and did not cooperate. And I can declare with full responsibility that in all 63 cases the Azerbaijani side did not bring to justice any of its servicemen or officials, but on the contrary encouraged these violations, - Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan.
