Azerbaijan has put on the wanted list ex-Presidents of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan. This was stated by the head of the Special Investigations Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan, Senior Adviser to Justice Emil Tagiyev. Azerbaijan accuses them of "inciting ethnic hatred"
"Since they propagandize that Karabakh belongs to Armenians and only Armenians should live in it, and also call for the eviction of Azerbaijanis from this territory, the burning of their houses, they were brought to criminal responsibility under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and put on the wanted list" Tagiyev said.
