“The fact that, almost four months after the signing of the trilateral ceasefire agreement on November 9, 2020, Armenian military and civilians are still held hostage is very alarming. This means that Azerbaijan has not fulfilled its obligation to return all prisoners of war.
The immediate return of prisoners of war and civilians, including women, is a pressing problem and requires an immediate solution."
