The Artsakh government assures that the correct and competent management of 35,000 hectares of arable land will undoubtedly ensure the food security of the Artsakh people in the near future. In order to encourage the creation of orchards, depending on the cultivation method and type of fruit, for each 1 hectare the following is provided: for traditional cultivation - from 100 thousand to 1 million drams, and in the case of intensive cultivation - from 150 thousand to 2 million drams. It is also planned to subsidize the cost of spring crops by 50-70%. In addition, it is planned to provide land users with a surcharge of 10-50 drams for each 1 kg of spring crops, depending on the type of crop. The state has provided up to 50% free cost recovery for a greenhouse with a minimum area of ​​2,500 square meters.
