Luxembourg's Foreign Minister at the UN Council touched upon the Azerbaijani-Turkish attack on Artsakh
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg, Jean Asselborn, is concerned about the cases of human rights violations that occurred during the military aggression carried out by the Azerbaijani and Turkish armed forces against the Republic of Artsakh. The Minister spoke about this at the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council.
"The human rights situation in times of conflict is deteriorating. We witnessed this during the Azerbaijani-Turkish attack, which led to numerous destructions in Artsakh, " he said.
