វិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី (AVI) និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយ និងកិច្ចការបរទេស នៃក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី ការកសាងសមត្ថភាព វិភាគ និងស្រាវជ្រាវ ដល់នាយទាហានជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងនាយទាហានវ័យក្មេងចំនួន ៨០នាក់ មកពីអង្គភាពនានាប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមេសា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយគ្របដណ្តប់លើប្រធានបទជាច្រើន រួមមានការរចនា និងវិធីសាស្រ្តស្រាវជ្រាវ ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តយោធា និងការកសាងសន្តិភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ និងសន្តិភាពក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក ទ្រឹស្តីសន្តិភាព និងដំណើរការគ្រប់គ្រងទីតាំងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រយោធាសំខាន់ៗនៅកម្ពុជា។ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់ AVI រួមមាន លោកបណ្ឌិត ឈាង វណ្ណារិទ្ធ លោកបណ្ឌិត ឆេង គីមឡុង និងលោកបណ្ឌិត ងួន គឹមលី បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងឆ្លើយសំណួររបស់សិក្ខាកាមជាច្រើន។ ក្នុងពិធីបិទសិក្ខាសាលានេះ នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ណឹម សុវត្ថិ អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយ និងកិច្ចការបរទេស បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការរួមចំណែករបស់ AVI ក្នុងការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យនេះ។ លោកបាមានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោកទន្ទឹងរង់ចាំការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយ AVI ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការសរសេរ និងការបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយអំពីសន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រយោធារបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងតំបន់។

The Asian Vision Institute (AVI) and the General Department of Policy and Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of National Defence successfully organised a workshop on analytical and research capacity building for 80 senior and young military officers from various units. The workshop was held from 25 April to 3 May 2022. It covered various themes, including research design and methodology, military history and peacebuilding in Cambodia, geopolitics and peace in the Asia-Pacific region, peace theories, and the management process of important military historical sites in Cambodia. AVI’s leadership, namely Dr Chheang Vannarith, Dr Chheng Kimlong, and Dr Ngoun Kimly, gave interactive presentations and answered questions from the trainees. At the closing ceremony of the workshop, General Nem Sowath, Director-General of the General Department of Policy and Foreign Affairs, highly appreciated AVI’s contribution to the successful organisation of the workshop. He said he looked forward to strengthening closer cooperation with AVI to promote training, research, writing and publication about peace, security, and military history of Cambodia and the region.
