عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “المؤمنُ القويُّ خيرٌ وأحبُّ إلى اللَّهِ منَ المؤمنِ الضَّعيفِ ، وفي كلٍّ خيرٌ ، احرِص على ما ينفعُكَ ، واستِعِن باللَّهِ ولا تعجِزْ ، وإن أصابَكَ شيءٌ ، فلا تقُل : لو أنِّي فعلتُ كان كذا وَكَذا ، ولَكِن قل : قدَّرَ اللَّهُ ، وما شاءَ فعلَ ، فإنَّ لو تَفتحُ عملَ الشَّيطانِ” صحيح مسلم
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: “A strong believer is better and is more lovable to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in everyone, (but) cherish that which gives you benefit (in the Hereafter) and seek help from Allah and do not lose heart, and if anything (in the form of trouble) comes to you, don’t say: If I had not done that, it would not have happened so and so, but say: Allah did that what He had ordained to do and your" if" opens the (gate) for the Satan.” Sahih Muslim 2664 In-book reference : Book 46, Hadith 52 USC-MSA web (English) reference : Book 33, #Hadith 6441 Open / Comment

2021-08-23 20:36:32 My brothers, sometimes we hear statements that lack the proper veneration of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah. Like when someone is invited to listen to something beneficial instead of engaging in forbidden amusement, they say, "Man, all you ever talk about is religion!"


We have a good role model in Abu Bakr Al-Sibghi (may Allah have mercy on him), when he wanted to benefit from a man who was known to have knowledge, so Abu-Bakr said to him, "Tell us about Suleiman Ibn Harb"...
but the man shocked him by replying in a disgruntled manner, "Let's forget about narrations for a while. Can't we talk about something else other than so-and-so told us and so-and-so narrated?!".


This statement led Abu Bakr to be disappointed in him [after having held him in high esteem], and so Abu Bakr said, "O' you! I don't sense in your speech even the slightest scent of Iman [faith], and you are not allowed to enter my house ever again", and he forsook him until he died.

So let us be careful of being annoyed by the mentioning of Allah, His Messenger ﷺ, and whatever may draw a servant nearer to the pleasure of Allah, because that is a sign of a dead heart; since {Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.} Surat Ar-Ra'd 13:28... Dar al-Nadwah (46)

The Quraysh were enraged that the Muslims had found a the Muslims would become strong
place in the Arabian peninsula itself where they would be able to thrive. They also feared
enough to control the northern trade routes and disrupt the pagans’ trade. Since the Makkans depended on the goods carried by caravans to and from northern Arabia and Syria, their fear was not unfounded. There was also the growing worry that the Prophet ﷺ himself might escape any day to Yathrib, where his followers awaited him, and that he would set up a new power base, an eventuality which had to be avoided.

To discuss their concerns, a special council was held at Dar
Al-Nadwah. Most of the prominent chieftains of the Quraysh were present. Iblees (Satan) was also present disguised as Shaikh Jaleel of Najd. Abul Aswad opened the meeting by saying, “Let us drive Muhammad out of our territory and be rid of him. That will set the matter right.”

Shaikh Jaleel didn’t like this idea. “Do you not see how sweet
his words are, and how he wins the hearts of people If we exile him, he will simply find another tribe and make them his followers. With their help, he will attack your city and deal with you as he pleases. Think of another plan.”

“Let us imprison him until he dies. He will experience the
same kind of death poets of old did,” Abu Bukhtari suggested. Shaikh Jaleel interjected once again, “By God, if you make
him a captive, the news will surely reach his companions who love him more than their fathers and sons. They might raid your territory and conquer you! Think of another plan.”

Finally, Abu Jahl, himself a rival of Satan , put forth his idea.
“I have my own opinion,” he began. “I see that none of you has touched on it so far. We should select a strong and smart youth of noble birth from each tribe. Each youth will be given a sword , sharp and deadly. These young men will move toward the Prophet as one man and strike him as one man. Since all the clans will share his blood, Banu Abdu Munaf, Muhammad’s protectors, cannot take on all the Quraysh at one time. They will then have to accept blood money that we can pay off easily.” “This is the best plan of all,” Shaikh Jaleel
declared approvingly . The council disbanded, relieved at having a solution at hand. Now it was time to make the necessary preparations.

Is He [not best] who begins creation and then repeats it and who provides for you from the heaven and earth? Is there a deity with Allah? Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful." [27:64]

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَٱسْتَمِعُوا۟ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَن يَخْلُقُوا۟ ذُبَابًا وَلَوِ ٱجْتَمَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ ۖ وَإِن يَسْلُبْهُمُ ٱلذُّبَابُ شَيْـًٔا لَّا يَسْتَنقِذُوهُ مِنْهُ ۚ ضَعُفَ ٱلطَّالِبُ وَٱلْمَطْلُوبُ

O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued. [22:73]
