IndiGo flights to share weather data with IMD

IndiGo said that it will provide data on wind, humidity and temperature during all flight operations to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) to help it predict weather accurately. The data has been unavailable to the IMD since commercial flight operations were suspended due to the lockdown, the airline added. IndiGo's pilots will capture and share observations at different altitudes.
