Bill Gates listed five books for summer reading including 'Good Economics for Hard Times' by Nobel laureates Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo. He also recommended 'The Choice' by Dr Edith Eva Eger and 'Cloud Atlas' by David Mitchell. 'The Ride of a Lifetime' by Bob Iger and 'The Great Influenza' by John M Barry were also listed by Gates.
