Not condoning dodgy behaviour but if you need this info.Adding your overseas COVID-19 vaccinations

The Department of Health and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) have approved 3 vaccines for use in Australia from 1 October 2020:

AstraZeneca Vaxzevria

Moderna Spikevax

Pfizer Comirnaty.

If you’ve received an AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer vaccine while overseas, you can have it recorded on the AIR when you return to Australia. It will then appear on your immunisation history statement.

You can ask a recognised vaccination provider in Australia to record your overseas vaccinations on the AIR, if both of these apply:

the vaccine is approved for use in Australia

you received it on or after 1 October 2020.

You’ll need documents translated in English that show what vaccinations you’ve had.

If you've received a COVID-19 vaccine overseas that isn’t AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer, it can’t be added to the AIR.
