Ya’ll know I’m not about beating around the bush, half truths or popularity competitions. I’m not here for that.

What I am about is confronting the truth, no matter how challenging or uncomfortable that makes me feel or how many “friends” I lose. I’m about shining that light in the darkest places. The places where monsters hide.

This afternoon I’m going to be dropping the most confronting article I’ve ever written. It paints a very dark picture. It’s taken me a year and a half to come to terms with it, but the truth must be spoken.

In the meantime, while I prepare myself, I wanted to introduce to you something Dane and I have been working on.

A symbol of truth and unity.

The well known North Star.

Not only for generations but for eons, the North Star or ‘Polaris’ has been used for navigation due to its fixed permanent position in the night sky, and has been an eternal reassurance for travellers heading north or finding their way home.

And just as the literal North Star provides direction and helps us stay on course, so does our inner North Star. It’s representative of our inner compass of morals and values, which assists us in personal development, ultimate intelligence, hope, intuition, passion and purpose.

Traditionally, north is associated with the direction ‘up’. Heading north resembles the nature of our individual and collective consciousness, always ascending.

It’s a fixed destination that you can depend on in your life as the world changes around you. Our Creator has intelligently and perfectly designed the night sky for us to use in many ways.

The North Star is a collective and personal beacon of light and, we believe, a symbol of truth and unity we can gather under as we set out to forge a new path for Australia.

Because united we stand, divided we fall. There is always hope and power in unity, when we stand together in light and in the strength of our Creator.
