The natural human body is the most amazing part of Creation. Something we know the “elite” are attempting to manipulate and destroy.
You are made up of tens of trillions of living cells that respond to you; your thoughts, your words, your focus, your energy and your environment. You play an integral role in the health of your own body and your future.
Make a conscious choice this new year and, in fact, right now, to be intentional with where your time and attention goes, because this shapes the very person you are becoming.
If you choose to spend your time and focus on toxic activities and thoughts, you create toxicity within your body and your life.
If you intentionally choose to love and respect yourself and those around you despite the daily struggle, guess what you create? What does respecting yourself look like to you?
