Position-Deputy Manager (Maintenance)

Work Location-Sanand (Ahmedabad)

Experience- 12 -16 Years

Qualification-Graduation/Diploma

Daily Job responsibilities:

>Hand on experience with high pressure die casting machine preferably Toyo make.
>Mechanical System i.e Tie bar, Toggle, Platen, Ladle, Extractor unit and melting furnace.
>Electrical servo control system, control panel.
>Breakdown analysis & preventive maintenance of PDC machines.
>Spare part planning with SAP knowledge.
>Prepare MIS report for Maintenance deptt.
>Man power handling of team size of 25 members (Engineers & associates).
>Knowledge of 5S, safety, kaizen, energy saving activities.
>Documentation work related to PDC machine maintenance.
>Knowledge of utilities for PDC machine i.e. chiller, cooling tower & pumps.
>Knowledge about IATF 16949.
