He was the head of the campaign and then head of the election staff of the newly elected American president Ronald Reagan, who was the second most popular president in the 20th century, leading the most powerful agency in the world, Casey stated in his report, and I quote:
"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."
Many decades prior to that date, and many decades following, this was their initial objective, and the fundamental blueprint of their actions, resulting in the development of a global proposition based on lies.
