Giant Sequoias compared to humans
Giant Sequoias are the only modern species of the tree genus Sequoias, family Cypress. Giant Sequoias grow over 100 meters tall and live for over 2,000 years.
Sequoias can be seen in Sequoia National Park in the United States. There grows the largest (by volume of wood) tree on Earth - General Sherman.
