here is another side to the story sited above, The problem was not that he left but that he failed to MAXIMIZE the SUBSTANCES he left with. When he left his father, he left with a kingly inheritance (GREAT SUBSTANCES), but he WASTED THEM. His wasteful attitude earned him the title PRODICAL. He was first a son before he became prodigal, he could be become an illustrious son but he became THE PRODIGAL SON.
He returned in RAGS.
Anytime your life becomes wasteful, you are heading for a PRODICAL END, an end filled with

• RAGS
• SHAME and
