Here we go again ... "plan"demic #2 on the horizon. Just like Event 201 simulated a "potential" coronavirus "plandemic" before the actual plandemic began, now the psychopaths controlling the world are letting it be known that the next plandemic up their sleeve is a monkeypox "pandemic". Is anyone actually going to keep believing this propaganda?!

As always, the best ways to support your body's own natural intelligence and immune system, which is designed to protect you and keep you well – are the following:

Sunlight Vitamin D
Eat clean, whole foods direct from nature (no chemicals, no processed foodz). Mostly plants and fruits. No GMO.
Stop eating refined sugar (sugar depresses the immune system). Eating fruit is beneficial. It's the refined white processed sugar that is the issue.
Movement. Get your lymph system moving. Walking. Jumping on a rebounder. Whatever exercise you enjoy most. Dancing, swimming, etc.
Heal and process emotions. Breathwork is helpful for this.
Sleep. It's not just how much sleep you get but also the timing of sleep. Healthiest to go to sleep early and wake up early. Our body rhythm detoxes while we are sleeping, especially during the hours of around 12am and 4am.
These are just a handful of ways to support our body's immune system.

Important to note that FEAR suppresses the immune system. And what are they doing? They are using the controlled media to keep people distracted and living in fear 24x7.

All we have to do is recognize the tel-lie-vision for what it is, lies and controlled distractions, and turn it off. Tune the media out and tune in to your own inner knowing, your intuition, your heart. For many, this will take practice because we were never taught how to cultivate and strengthen our intuition. The good news is, we all naturally have the gift of intuition and it can be developed.

In addition to sunlight, eating clean, restorative sleep, healing emotions and exercise, seek to BE in a high vibration and live in a high vibration emotional state to support your body's immune system and optimal health and wellbeing.
