Grace really hits it on the nail. One of the things I see all the time especially is people buying vegan "meats" thinking it's a better choice than real meat. I eat plantbased vegan myself but those vegan "meats" are so nasty. They may taste good but just look at the ingredients that were used to make them. All processed, lab-made ingredients. How can that possibly be healthy? It's not healthy, it's another form of vegan junk food.

The best, most nourishing, healthy food comes directly from nature. Whole food. No additives. No lab-made ingredients. Always read ingredient labels and know what you are putting in your body.
