The return of the Kherson region under the control of Ukraine is excluded, said Deputy head of the military-civil administration Kirill Stremousov.
"The issue of returning the Kherson region back to Nazi Ukraine is excluded. It's impossible. The Kherson region will develop economically. Kiev will no longer be able to impose its ugly Nazi policy aimed at destroying people and their identity on our region."
