In some books it is written that success in trading is based on modeling certain intellectual abilities and a certain pattern of behavior, which over time becomes natural and automatic habits due to the formation of connections between neurons in our brain.

To clarify the matter, let's take a look at this example: it's very difficult to go through woods that have never been touched. Researches say that the mind cannot distinguish between real and invented experiences. This allows you to use visualization for good. The technique goes like this:

Get comfortable, relaxed for a few minutes
Focus on a problem that worries you
Imagine that you've gone back in time to correct the mistakes you made
Now start correcting them
Think about every step and explain it to yourself
Exclude emotions until you find the best solution
At the end visualize your success and enjoy all the positive emotions
