We are pleased to announce that all both fiat and coins withdrawals have been facilitated on our platform last week - May 24th. You can continue to withdraw from our exchange .

If your request was not processed, please ensure that your ID and photo ID match to what was provided during the account set up stage.

Important Note :

Should you need to withdraw coins or fiat during this period, please email your withdrawal application to bcoin@fastmail.com.

Kindly provide the following in your email:-
1. BCoin account ID
2. Selfie with ID card/ passport (with the date and signature on the photo),
3. The currency/coin which you intend to withdraw,
4. The amount (less than or equal to the number of assets),
5. The wallet address of withdrawal (the withdrawal fee will be deducted from the withdrawal).

Do ensure that the information provided are accurate as withdrawals cannot be processed should any error be found.
