Ingredients

• 230ml milk (1 cup)
• 230ml buttermilk (1 cup)
• 20g whey protein
• 1 banana
• 80g blueberries
• 1/2 avocado
• 30g peanut butter (optional, for calories)

How to make: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
