Protein waffles recipe!

Ingredients:

•60g flour (whole wheat preferably)
•25g protein powder
•150ml milk
•1 egg
•1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•1/4 teaspoon baking powder and baking soda
•13g melted coconut oil (butter is fine)

How to make:
In a bowl mix together the egg, milk and vanilla extract. Then add flour, protein powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix again. When done add melted coconut oil and mix one more time.

Pour some of the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook for about 2-3 minutes, remove waffles and repeat! Serve with favorite toppings.
