— On May 16, 2023, the official medias belonging to the Ukraine-based Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK/RVC) published a video of its leader, Mr. Denis “WhiteRex” Nikitin, announcing the start of a 'large scale partisan war against the Putin's Regime'
According to Mr. Nikitin, 'dozens of fighters' of Partisan units affiliated with the Russian Volunteer Corps are just waiting for his command to start the operation.
The footage also shows some of the fighters one of the partisan units, quoting the Primorsky Partisans as example for their cause.
