— On today, February 19, 2021, by 364 in favor and 130 against, Brazilian Congress sided with the decision of Brazil's Supreme Court unconstitutional decision to arrest a Bolsonarist Congressman, Daniel Silveira, for tweets criticizing the Court ignoring, finally, the constitutional articles that protect deputies from having rights to freedom of expression.
The Bolsonarist Deputy, by orders of the Supreme Court, also had his twitter, instagram and facebook accounts blocked and suspended, while he promised that he would "show the Nation who the Judges really were", accusing them of having links with International Mafias and supranational entities.
This, without a doubt, sets a new precedent, since MPs should supposedly be the last people to be arrested for expressing opinions on the Internet in Brazil.
Certainly the beginning of a "New Age" for the South American Nation.
