Speak positively about yourself.
If you find this hard then try imagining the adult you is babysitting the five-year-old ‘you’. And that little, vulnerable and impressionable child is listening—and BELIEVING—every word you say.
That child is still inside you, still listening and still believing EVERY word you say about him or her.
