Telegram for Android Beta has improved video messaging.

What's new:
— While recording and viewing video messages, the circles increase in size.
— Video messages can be rewound in two ways: select the desired moment on pause, or rewind it by holding it along the edge of the video message, same like ordinary videos.
— Animation appeared while loading the camera before recording a video message.
— Improved video quality in video messages.
