Telegram app for Windows 10+, alongside minor design tweaks, is testing out a Windows 11 style redesign by using the new component of Microsoft's design language — Mica.
To try it out: • Open Settings. • Scroll down to the app version. Click it 10 times in a row. • In the newly-opened menu, enable the "Mica" flag.
