Some struggle to use preposition "WITH" with "AGREE".
Typical sentences I find in essays are as follows:

I agree with all students should pay for their higher education.
I agree
with that all with all students should pay for their higher education.

So when NOT TO?

AGREE WITH SMB/SMTH (cannot be followed by "S+V" pattern)

e.g. I agree with you/your opinion/opinion stated above/this scheme, etc.

AGREE THAT S+V ("THAT" cannot be followed by a noun)

e.g. I agree that all students should pay for their higher education.
