The answer is NO here.
Why?
There is no indication to how much they cost.
These percentages show increase in price only. This means that almost 30% increase in "Soft Drinks" could actually make up larger sum of money than 36% of "Fish"
Consider this:
2007: Fish $10 and Soft Drinks $20
2014: Fish $13.6 < Soft Drinks $25,6
