In an act of total defiance of unconstitutional government overreach, pastor John Macarthur of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA decided to hold indoor services. This comes after a judge declared they can't meet indoors. They decided to meet regardless.
On Thursday, a judge issued a temporary restraining order directing the church to refrain from holding indoor services, saying there's an "immediate threat to public health and safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic."
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff also directed Grace Community Church to mandate that congregation members wear masks and practice physical distancing if the house of worship decides to hold outdoor services.
LA County has also cancelled it's leases with the church for the parking lots they have used for over 30 years in a childish display of retribution.
These are more examples of persecution against the Church, we are called to follow God, not men.
