Job Title: Mobile/Web Developer and UI/UX Designer (INTERNSHIP)

Description: We are looking for an outstanding Mobile App and Software Developer with a strong background in web design and UI/UX development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of innovative design and mobile development work. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire and background to work on web and mobile app-based projects, provide support for UI/UX design and provide their knowledge on the implementation of SEO and Digital Marketing strategies. We are an advanced media and communications technology company based in Addis Ababa. We are looking for energetic and talented candidates to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best in class software development practices and tools
• Create UI and UX layout/user interface by using standard industry tools and operating platforms
Knowledge of Static Site Generator (SSG), server-side rendering
• NEXT.JS

• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling client sites and mobile applications
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Cooperate with clients and project stakeholders to match visual design intent

• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/ Laravel Vue J's/React & PHP
• Rest API and Graphph QL
• A solid understanding of how web and mobile applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• BS in computer science or a related field preferred (Applicants with a portfolio in absence of education will be considered)
