I sleep from 1am - 8am CEST.
Then shower, coffe. 8:30 I open my charts untill 9am. I go to a walk in the woods and return to my desk at 10am. I sit there and be doing what I do untill 3pm, when it's my lunch time. After lunch another 1h walk and back to PC. Open / Comment
