Important! There is NO VACCINE MANDATE in place for companies with 100 or more employees. None. Zero. They’re not even close under the rule-making procedure with OSHA. And there’s a good chance the courts will kill it (no Constitutional basis). Companies are simply using the Biden announcement as cover to enforce a vaccine mandate. Ask your HR department to cite the federal rule before they force you to resign.
