I witnessed a young man on an apparent suicide walk striding nonchalantly down a lane of rural interstate today, his back to the oncoming traffic. He was walking straight as an arrow, no wobbling. I saw him in time and moved over. So did the big rig behind me. I called 911 and the operator said they’d gotten calls and had an officer on the way. Look out for the people hurting this holiday season.
