Biden used Memorial Day to speak in support of banning popular 9 mm handguns since they’re more deadly than a 22. He added:

“So, the idea of these high-caliber weapons is, uh, there’s simply no rational basis for it in terms of self-protection, hunting ... Remember, the constitution was never absolute." 

Clearly, the man has no knowledge of our history and no respect for our foundational document. This is what the founders were worried about.
