'Start With Why' is about a naturally occurring pattern, a way of
thinking, acting and communicating that gives some leaders the ability to inspire those around them.

Langley was a well known professor with powerful friends like Andrew Carnegie & Alexander Graham Bell. With a grant of $50,000 and a team comprising some of the best brains of the time, Langley set off to fly. Do we know the real reason behind why some organisations succeed and some don't? Read on to find out.
