It has now been confirmed that in Leeds Magistrates Court today, the Detective Inspector representing Wakefield police told a blatant LIE to the judge to help their chances of victory. Misleading the court is definitely not allowed, especially by a senior ranked police officer! We will be pursuing this issue with maximum ferocity, starting with an official complaint to the IOPC.
