The tension between Russia and Ukraine grows more concerning day by day, as there is no sign of it having any sort of relief. Thus, the global supply chain difficulties will persist and the key forces driving aluminum prices upwards are likely to continue.

2022-02-15 12:47:02 FBMKLCI had recently been performing very well as it surged upwards with big bullish candles for the past few days.

Looking at the chart, KLCI had broke above 1562 area which was a support broken turned into resistance. This once again turns the 1562 area back into a support zone. Next key resistance is around 1613 area so it is fairly close to it already.

As KLCI marches closer to its resistance area, this signals a potential for a retracement to come in soon. This is something that we have to look out for, especially when the market is so bullish right now. Many retailers may be overexcited and start chasing high.

If the retracement does come in, the retailers will end up getting trapped in the counters at a dangerous price area. Therefore, we are reminding everyone to be careful and rational when making trades. Don't let your emotions get the best of you.
