BMW will release an electric SUV in 2022

German carmaker BMW has redesigned the X1 parkcar and unveiled its all-electric version, reports The Verge. The parkette is a compact SUV focused on the city. For the new iX1 xDrive30 they chose the fifth-generation eDrive platform. The eDrive includes an electric motor, a lithium-ion battery and intelligent energy management.
