According to Mikhail Mishustin, the money can be spent on implementation of domestic software and hardware and software systems. It is especially important for critical infrastructure facilities - they are obliged to replace all in-house software with Russian.
"The government has identified Russian digital solutions as a priority for manufacturing state corporations and companies. The share of their spending on such purchases in the next 2-3 years should grow to 70% of all expenditures on
Digitalization," said the prime minister.
