What's new with Ilon Musk?

The founder of Tesla and SpaceX plans to release a prototype Tesla Bot as early as this fall.

This is a new project by Ilon Musk, which is a concept of a general-purpose humanoid robot. When first announcing it last year, Musk said Tesla would have a working prototype by the end of 2022, and recently the CEO even said the company intends to begin production of the robot in 2023.

This is very ambitious, especially given Tesla's future massive layoffs and the Cybertruck's many postponed production launches.
