Specifically they are advising no asymptomic testing on vaxxed and continnued testing on vaxxed to general more false positives and drive up the case count in unvaxxed. At the end of May, after flooded with >10,000 manually confirmed vaccine failures, the CDC gave up tracking and stated they will no longer count vaxxed in case count. So the reports of 99% of cases in unvaxxed are false. Data from Israel and UK suggest the percent cases in vaxxed and unvaxxed will match the population prevalence of vaxxed.
