And we will also like to answer some of the frequently asked questions here!

1) Why have I not receive mail from all my 3 secret santa when I already mailed to all my assigned people?

Reply: We'd tried our best to match each fan with equal number of assigned fans & secret santa, with different pairing as much as possible. This mean that if EVERYONE did their part by mailing to their assigned fans, then everyone should have received 1 from your secret santa in exchange of every mail sent to assigned fan, or even more! Of course, we already expected that not everyone will do their part and this is not something we can control tbh. So we admins tried to migrate this risk by mailing out to quite a number of you as well, the only difference is we don't have any secret santa to mail to us and we are okay with it because it is all about sharing joy right. That being say, we understand some of you are receiving less than what you sent and we hope you can understand we can't control it too. and that definitely doesn't mean you can come & demand from our admins. To be very honest, we DO NOT receive anything despite the time and effort we took to organise this event, replying email, updating the sheet and more.

From now on, we will not entertain any email with regards to complaint of receiving less mails than you sent. At most what we can do is to share the email / username of your secret santa and you can chase them for it.

2) I'd received from my secret santa, and I want to thank them. How can I do so when they don't leave any message in the mail.

Reply: Everyone who had mailed to your assigned fans should have receive a congratulations email from us which include the username of your assigned fans so that you can reach out to them if you want! We strongly encourage you to reach out to them asap, since who knows they might be your cafe event buddy or concert buddy in the future!
